Paddys River Falls

A picturesque 18m high waterfall just 12 minutes drive from Tumbarumba, 308 Paddys River Falls Road, Burra New South Wales 2653. This is a very easy walk with a path leading you directly to the falls from the lookout at the top. The walk is 150m one way and will lead you directly under the falls, where you will find a path that allows you to go behind the falls leading you to another viewing point, or you can even go for a swim.

Courabyra Wines

Courabyra Wines is a family-owned and operated Cellar Door and Vineyard nestled in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, residing in the Snowy Valleys region producing some of the finest cold-climate wines. Courabyra Wines has been recognised as one of Australia’s top Cellar Door establishments, providing guests with a premium dining experience. A seasonal lunch and dinner menu, made with regional produce is available at the Cellar Door with indoor and outdoor seating options available, but bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment. 

Tumbarumba Bowling Club

Tumbarumba Bowling Club is located across the road from The Club Motel - 47 Winton Street. They offer a range of activities for all ages. Come and enjoy a nice cold drink. The Chinese Restaurant is open for lunch Tuesday to Sunday and for dinner Monday to Sunday. Social games of lawn bowls are held on Monday mornings and Sunday mornings, but anyone is welcome to come and have a roll any day of the week, just speak to one of the friendly staff who will set you up with what you need.

Tumbarumba Swimming Pool 

During the warmer months of November to March, the Tumbarumba Swimming Pool - located at Lauder Street, Tumbarumba, is open Monday to Friday 3pm - 6.30pm and weekends/school holidays 12pm - 6.30pm. The pool is closed on all public holidays except Australia Day and is also closed for the Tumbafest event (Last weekend in February).
